Food – General
The Fermilab cafeteria is open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10:15 a.m. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at most stations and until 2 p.m. at others. View the cafeteria menu.
Many restaurants are situated within a five- to 10-minute drive of Fermilab on Kirk Road (west of the laboratory) and on Route 59 (east of the lab).
Lunch – Wednesday, June 7 and Thursday, June 8
To speed your lunch experience, a limited number of lunch boxes will be available for purchase on June 7 and 8 just outside One West for $8 each (cash only, tax included). An ATM is available on the ground floor of Wilson Hall.
Additional lunch seating will be available in One West and in the Art Gallery on the second floor crossover.
Reception – Wednesday, June 7
All registrants are invited to an anniversary reception on Wednesday evening immediately following the keynote address. The reception includes hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine.
Travel
Fermilab is located in Batavia, Illinois, roughly 35 miles west of Chicago. Government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport is required to enter the laboratory. See directions to Fermilab.
Parking
Symposium and Users Meeting attendees may park in any unmarked spot in the lots on either side of Wilson Hall. Should the Wilson Hall lots be full, please follow the signs to overflow parking areas.

Wireless Internet Access
Fermilab offers a Wi-Fi network for visitors as well as eduroam access. This webpage contains information on accessing the Fermilab guest network. Should you run into trouble, you can visit the Service Desk on the ground floor of Wilson Hall.
